Her career spans leadership roles in both technology and creative industries, where she bridges the gap between them with her forward-thinking approach.
Currently, she serves as SVP of Global Virtual Production & On-Set Services at Technicolor, after previously holding the position of Chief Product Officer at Glassbox, a Technology Lumiere Award-winning company. Mariana’s expertise lies in building and managing high-performing teams, from concept to execution, as well as delivering innovative software and hardware solutions across complex M&E workflows and pipelines. She is also an engaging public speaker and a natural leader, known for inspiring teams and audiences with her dynamic leadership and visionary approach to creative technology.
