Macy Mills is the Partner, Games BD Lead at A16Z GAMES, Andreessen Horowitz' venture capital arm investing in games. She supports founders from game technologies, AI, and Infrastructure investments with their go-to-market strategies.
Macy has over a decade of experience in the gaming industry working specifically on strategic partnerships, business development, and revenue creation. Prior to a16z, Macy was at Unity for almost 6 years building and leading various Emerging Technology teams on the Revenue side, including Weta Tools. Prior to that, Macy also led sales for GameInfluencer, living in Munich, Germany, and partnerships at Hitcents, game developer and publisher.
